Test Mockup

This afternoon I printed a quick test mockup of the Garam Masala packaging to test sizes and see how it looks physically, I felt that this was a good stage to test it at (midway through designing) the back and sides still need designing but this was only a test.

I found that the size works really well and looks approximately the same as the MDH Spices boxes, peers also agreed with this. Also the size of the different texts works well as it looks clean and is legible.

My print slot to print the 3 final packaging designs is Monday at 1pm, this gives me enough time to finalise the front, back and sides and apply the same layout to all of the flavour boxes. I will also decide which paper stock I want to print them onto beforehand, the stock basically needs to be something smooth and durable.
