Invoice to Bourbon Streat

I have now sent Bourbon Streat the invoice for the 3 recipe kit designs to Shana's email with PDFs of the final front and back designs for each flavour. Free invoice document from Alec: https://invoice-generator.com/#/1/thanks/download

Whilst doing this project I noted down how long I spent each day I worked on it, so it was easy to work out how long I'd spent on it altogether. The estimated time that I said this project would take is 12 hours, however it ended up taking longer as half way through Shana sent over a new colour palette and additional details which meant a lot had to be tweaked and re-added.

The total time that was taken on this project was 15 hours, meaning the total of the project was £120 (£8 an hour). I requested a deposit of 4 hours worth of work prior to starting the designs (£32) so the remainder left to pay is £88. I also mentioned in the contract that additional changes after finishing the project will come at an extra cost, which will be £10 per hour, this has been mentioned in the invoice.

In the email to Shana with the PDFs and invoice, I mentioned that I'd be more than happy to help Bourbon Streat with future designs if they needed as it's important that I keep this connection. The communication between Shana has been consistent throughout the project and there hasn't really been any problems which was great.
