Call with Shana

Throughout the call with Shana, I asked any questions that I had regarding the recipe kit designs and she also went through some more information and questions, as well as just having a general chat about the brand which was lovely.

I also asked a little bit about the brand and what they're all about. She mentioned that the brand has been on and off for the past year but properly been going since July, their aim now is to make it a better known brand and actually start selling some products (the recipe-kits) as well as the fresh food that is sold at the stall. 

Another thing Shana mentioned is that the brand tries to represent American food in a different light through more interesting and different American foods, instead of the typical American food that you'd think such as burgers and chips

I also mentioned if there was any particular colours that she'd like me to use as the main colour of each flavour from the colour palette of 5 that she sent over. She said that the Crispy Blackened Chicken & Dirty Rice will be the main hero flavour so to use the turquoise more in that recipe-kit as it's the main branding colour.

Another thing that Shana mentioned was that they also hired and illustrator to create illustrations of each of the flavours which I can use in the designs. I think these will look great alongside the photographs and text, I'm really excited to see them. Shana said she'll get these sent over by the end of the week.

Shana has now send over the £32 deposit that was mentioned in the contract agreement.
