My CV was looking a bit too full as I've had around 5 different jobs since I started part time work at 16, so this needed cutting down to the jobs that were most relevant and longest. It was also important to add emphasis on my design placement that I had with Cohorted since June 2019 till this January as this was the main design job I've had so far other than client work over the past year or so.
I decided to stick with a really simple layout with grids in order to achieve a professional and clean aesthetic. I kept the job descriptions concise and also added the design skills that I have (photoshop, Illustrator etc) as this CV needs to be mainly design orientated.
I also added an introduction which describes my design practice and what it involves as well as what I am interested in and hope to achieve through my design career.
Updated CV:
Next I will send in my CV to be reviewed as this is something that the university offers on the careers website. I also might add some of the client work that I've done but at the same time I don't want to over complicate it so I'll see what the feedback suggests.
