The ideas include the original idea of using a set of prompt cards in which one activity is completed every week as a 3 month challenge, in which then at the end of the 3 months you become to use these childhood hobbies and activities in your adult life naturally as they prove to help you de-stress.
Other ideas:
- Question and answer card game about your childhood- similar to cards against humanity for example. Works to remind you of the things you enjoyed and have rejected doing in adult life
- An A2 fold out posters that has the 12 week challenge activities on- user would be able to put on their wall and mix and match which activity they choose to do that week as they can see them all when the poster is folded out (from A5/A6 to A2)
- An app that sets you a weekly childhood related challenge or task to complete, share with other people on the app

| Initial Ideas |
I decided to stick with the original prompt cards idea in the end, peer feedback also suggested that it was one of the best ideas. Additionally, I quite liked the idea of a fold out poster so I might develop that as one of the outcomes that comes in the card pack.
Below shows ideas for the front of the cards box as well as the front and back of the cards. My idea for the back of the cards is to use illustrations based on the activity on the front of the card.
I started by coming up with some colour combinations, the colour palette should be encouraging and childhood related but not too childlike as the prompt cards are aimed at adults, so finding the right balance was important.
Below shows initial quick developments for the front of the cards box/packaging using the colour combinations. The typeface used is Urbana, it is bold aesthetic would make it stand out in stores whilst also being more engaging, the soft, curved edges of the letters also relates to childhood as it provides a subtle, playful touch.

The developed colour choices for the prompt cards and packaging is yellow, turquoise and pink, peer feedback also suggested that these colours were the best combinations and created a nice contrast with each other.
