I found this webinar most interesting when reading the description out of the rest of the webinars this week as I am passionate about equality and the fact that everyone should be treated with respect and the same no matter what their race, gender, disabilities etc. Having a Middle Eastern background and having grown up in a western culture I see myself as a part of both communities and have been treated equally in both but growing up have seen inequality between races as well as prejudice.
During the Webinar the speaker showed us several different creative projects around the theme of equality. I found the overall talk fun to listen to and it was also quite relaxing but I wouldn’t say I learnt anything new that I didn’t know already about the importance of equality.
